Gabriel was born in Northridge, California and raised in Nayarit, Mexico. He returned to the United States at the age of 17 and began working in roofing at just 19 years old. Through years of dedication and hands-on experience, he contributed to major projects across California, including the newly built California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco and the North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood at UC San Diego.

Isabel, born and raised in San Jose, spent much of her married life focused on raising their family while supporting Gabriel’s growing career. In May 2025, she proudly earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, East Bay. Today, she uses her education and experience to help guide and strengthen the growth of Bugarin Roofing & Waterproofing.

Married since 2002, Gabriel and Isabel are proud parents of four children ranging in age from 23 to 11. In 2016, they moved their family from San Jose to Murrieta in search of a better quality of life and a stronger sense of community. They quickly knew Murrieta was the place they wanted to call home and the place where they wanted to build their business.

As a fully licensed, bonded, and insured California contractor (License #1116387), we stand behind our work with a 10-year workmanship warranty on all re-roofs and lift-and-relay projects. Our team maintains OSHA, fall protection, and CPR certifications to ensure every project is completed with professionalism, safety, and care.
